“I've never had such a hassle-free return experience like that before.”
I just wanted to say that Mr. Charles Harwood has some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time.
I bought the cloud pillow from your Charlotte location on the 11th, and flew back to San Francisco a few days later after visiting with my Dad. When i got home I used the pillow and it was some of the best sleep I've gotten in awhile. On the second day i used the pillow, i broke out in a rash all over my face, forcing me to wear sun glasses everyday to hide my embarrassment. I initially called the customer service number to see about a refund and they said there was nothing they could do and to try calling the store i purchased from. I did just that, and Charles helped issue my refund with no questions asked. I wanted to speak with a manager to tell them how awesome he was, but he assured me that he needed no recognition and that he was happy knowing that I was satisfied.
Wow. I've never had such a hassle-free return experience like that before. I actually cried tears of joy just knowing that there are kind people in this world. Mr. Harwood has helped me to reflect on the way i treat my own customers, as I work in the airline business.
Anyway, I thank Charles and your company for this seamless and pleasant return experience. I appreciate it so much and it has truly made my day.

I would like to let you know about the very positive sales experience I had with Patrick Howard at the Southpark Tempurpedic store in Charlotte, NC.
Long story short, Patrick provided individual attention, shared his product knowledge about the Breeze mattresses I was considering, and made me feel comfortable in taking my time to decide what I wanted. Patrick was super helpful as I discerned the right mattress set for me and decided to go forward with a purchase.
Patrick even followed up by email after the holidays to check if there were any other questions, etc. I ended up buying the Cloud Supreme Breeze in king size with foundation. I just slept on it last night for the first time and am very pleased. This is my third Tempurpedic set and I am a happy customer. So thankful for Patrick's help!
